SFL Walking Club

Join us on Friday mornings for a walk in the neighborhood. We will walk at a moderate pace for about 45 minutes to one hour. We generally walk in the residential neighborhood across the street. We will meet in the main lobby or outside by the sundial. 

Wear proper walking shoes. 

Registration is not required. All adults are welcome. Moms are welcome to come with children in strollers. 

*If you are not able to walk properly due to a medical condition, please do not join us. 

Rain automatically cancels this walk. Check our Facebook page in the morning if you are uncertain.
