Join GYMGUYZ Rockland, for a Bodyweight & Strength Bootcamp 3-part series for Tweens and Teens! 

 

Work with certified GYMGUYZ instructor, Jaylyn, as he shows you what circuit training is all about!

The circuits will include a mix of challenging upper and lower body exercises, cardio, resistance and core training.

An excellent class for those looking to get their energy UP & build strength.

A warm up, cool down stretch & a lot of fun & sweat guaranteed!

 

Jaylyn will bring the equipment, all you need to do is show up! Are you up for the challenge?
