The Mindful Movements Exercise with Intention classes are designed to help you connect with your body while engaging in a series of gentle, high-repetition calisthenic activities. In this class, you will explore various exercises such as squats, dips, and light cardio workouts that are easy on the joints and cater to a range of fitness levels. By focusing on intention and mindfulness, you will build body awareness, improve your overall strength and flexibility, and enhance your mental well-being through the powerful combination of physical movement and present-moment attention. Join instructor Damien Germino. Come to one session or all three. When you register, you will automatically be registered for all three sessions.
