Qi Gong Exercise for Vitality In-Person
Do you feel physically stiff and tired? Are you looking for an easy way to boost your health and energy? If so, Qi Gong is for you! Qi Gong is a form of exercise with roots in ancient Chinese medicine and martial arts. It combines slow fluid movement with breath, focused awareness, and self-healing massage. Qigong helps boost energy, reduce stress & tension, and balance emotions to promote a sense of well-being. Qi translates to “life force energy” and Gong to “cultivation”. Qi Gong is a practice of cultivating our life force for health, vitality and longevity.
