Learn to stay healthy and fit through the wisdom of Chinese Medicine. Acupuncturist, Stefanie Cotter, will present a talk on fall wellness. She will discuss the best foods and exercises to stay healthy this fall. She'll provide tips for keeping your immune system strong, and talk about how to relieve common symptoms for colds, fatigue, sadness, and poor digestion. You'll learn self-care practices for energy and balance and discuss a new approach to eating without diets or deprivation.
