 Ethel Merman\, “ I Love You Porgy” for opera\, and the classical 
 “Rhapsody in Blue.”\n\nSeptember 9: Frank Loesser\n\nSimply put\, one 
 of the funniest composers ever to write for the screen and stage and one of 
 the few composers to win a Pulitzer Prize.  \n\nOctober 7: Kander and 
 Ebb\n\nThe three words ALL THAT JAZZ perfectly describe the wonderful songs 
 of Kander and Ebb.  One of the late twentieth centuries most prolific song 
 teams. \n\n
